Council for Exceptional Children (CEC)

The Council for Exceptional Children, or CEC, is a group designed to integrate special-needs students with their peers.  The purpose of joining these two groups is to provide a social atmosphere of tolerance and acceptance and peer models for special-needs students in a social setting.
